There are 16 games on the Week 2 board and plenty of opinions available. AGN’s job is not to manufacture 16 picks. It is to find the spots where the price and the football case actually line up.

We can use broader market reporting to understand where a line opened and why it may have moved, but any formal AGN recommendation should be tied to a current Australian price.
Start with the market
Before looking for a bet, we want the exact live line, total or prop and the time it was checked. Sportsbet will usually be our first reference point, with TAB and other Australian operators useful as a cross-check where the market is available. If the number has already moved through the price we liked, if a quarterback situation is unresolved, or if the Australian price is materially worse than the broader market, there may be no reason to force a bet.
Then make the football case
Once the price is clear, the matchup matters. Is there a protection problem the opponent can exploit? Has a receiver’s role changed? Does a defence force the opponent into the type of game it wants to avoid? Is an injury changing the likely game script? That is where football analysis earns its place. A line can look attractive, but if there is no real matchup reason to believe the market is wrong, we should be cautious about pretending there is an edge.
The price decides the label
A football opinion does not automatically become a bet. The same side might be a BET at +4.5, a LEAN at +3.5 and a PASS at +3. That is a more honest way to handle betting analysis than publishing a team name and trying to defend it after the market moves.

There is nothing wrong with ending up with only one or two genuine bets on a 16-game slate. There are 16 games. There do not need to be 16 bets.
What AGN will not do
We will not use “lock” or “guarantee” language. We will not invent same-game multi prices. We will not turn a US consensus number into an Australian recommendation without checking what is actually available here.
